Plant Care

Light: Grows best in a spot that gets a minimum of four hours of direct sun exposure, up to all day light.

Soil: Will grow in any type of well-draining soil.

Water: Has average water needs. After it’s established, water during periods without precipitation.

Fertilizing: Doesn’t need anything in particular. If you’d like, you can apply an evergreen fertilizer in the springtime when the soil has thawed.

Pruning: Generally doesn’t need much pruning, but you can shape it in the springtime if you’d like. Don’t cut into any branches that are thicker than a pencil, as the hole will not fill in.

Other: This is a thornless series, so it’s perfect for flower arrangements.
