Little Henry® Sweetspire

Our native sweetspire is a very useful plant for rain gardens and other damp sites. Fragrant summer flowers attract pollinators, and the red fall foliage makes it a good alternative to burning bush. Flowering and fall color may be less pronounced in shade although the plant will grow well. Little Henry® is a dwarf plant that is about half the size of traditional varieties, making it a great choice for smaller landscapes. It may be used for foundation plantings, mixed borders, or planted en masse. It will tolerate clay soil.
