Perfecto Mundo Epic Pink™ azalea

The massive blooms on Perfecto Mundo Epic Pink azalea will dazzle you with hot pink perfection for 12 to 18 months! Like the other members of the Perfecto Mundo series, it blooms prolifically in spring, rests and then puts out another amazing show from mid-summer into fall. Within the Epic subseries, the flower size is the focus. These fully saturated flowers grow to a size that is very nearly tropical looking. If your garden could use some splashy, reliable color, add something epic.

Why grow Perfecto Mundo Epic Pink™ azalea?

  • Fabulous tropical feeling flowers
  • Long blooming
  • Easy care regimen

Plant Care

Light: Has the healthiest foliage and flowers most prolifically in sites with part sun – all day dappled light or morning sun with afternoon shade.

Soil: Prefers acidic soils that stay evenly moist, but with good drainage.

Water: Likes to be kept on the moist side, but not soggy.

Fertilizing:  Apply compost to the soil surface every season, all azaleas benefit from high organic matter.

Pruning: Pruning isn’t necessary, but if you’d like to increase the abundance of rebloom you can trim it just after its big spring bloom. This encourages new growth, which will bloom more prolifically.

Other: Has shown improved lacebug resistance.
