Plant Care
Light: Full sun (6+ hrs/day) Soil: Any average soil will do, provided it is well-drained. Water: Average water needs; fairly drought tolerant once established. Fertilizing: Nothing special required. Once a year in spring is sufficient, but can be fertilized monthly from early spring through late July if desired. We recommend a granular (not liquid) rose fertilizer. Pruning: Little needed. May be selectively pruned to create the desired branching structure if you’d like; this is best done in early spring, when the plant’s structure can be clearly seen. Any branches you are removing should be removed entirely – avoid cutting this plant back.
